We would like to hear about your experience of waiting for NHS care and treatment.  How is the wait affecting you?  

We would like to know whether you have had regular contact from the NHS whilst you wait or what sort of advice and support you receive whilst you are waiting.  Have you been offered the chance to have your treatment at a different hospital so that you can be treated more quickly?  

We would be pleased to hear about things that are being done well or things that you think would help you whilst you are waiting.
