Hywel Dda Community Health Council would like to hear from parents who have used maternity services in the last 12 months.
It will help us get a better picture of people’s recent experiences. Our survey last year helped identify some good areas as well as things that needed to change to make maternity care better. Help us find out if these changes have improved maternity care, please complete our survey or share it with someone who may be interested.
